To cross the threshold of the Gladiator School is to travel back in time, to an age when courage, discipline, and honor governed the lives of Ancient Rome's most celebrated fighters. After a brief introduction at the historical museum, the experience begins in earnest: guided by a dedicated instructor, you don the traditional training tunic and learn to wield the Rudis, the ancient weapon of the gladiators. Through techniques of attack and defense, every move brings back the thrill of living, if only for a day, as a true Roman gladiator. To complete the experience, guests receive a certificate of Roman citizenship, a symbolic memento of a timeless adventure.
