    Breakfast at the hotel – full-day excursion – guided tour of Trieste (an extensive tour of the Teresian quarter, the waterfront, Piazza Unità d’Italia, Porto Nuovo, the Risiera di San Sabba – one of the most significant sites of the Second World War, seen from the outside – San Giusto hill with the cathedral and the castle – interior visit – a walking tour through the historic centre and the Jewish quarter, and Miramare Castle and its park – interior visit) – lunch in a traditional brewery – free time for shopping – dinner at the hotel – evening at leisure – the tour leader is at guests’ disposal – overnight stay.
