Review criteria
Provisional text pending the final version.
Published reviews tell real experiences: they can only be written after a completed purchase or booking and are never bought nor written by the editorial team.
Who can review
The customer who bought the product, took part in the journey or experience, or stayed at the property. The purchase is verified before publication.
Moderation
The editorial team removes only offensive content, third parties' personal data or texts unrelated to the purchase; the judgement, positive or negative, stays.
Supplier's reply
The supplier may reply publicly; the reply is always distinguishable from the review.
Photos and rating
Attached photos must belong to the customer; the average rating is computed on published reviews only.
