Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint may be sent to info@buyitalybyguiness.com. You will receive a written reply.
If our reply does not satisfy you, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed in the official Italian registers, for instance the conciliation services of the Chambers of Commerce. The European ODR platform is no longer available: it was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Full terms are set out in article 23 of the Terms and Conditions.
